Are there any culinary arts schools in Charlotte,NC for kids?

I very interested in becoming a pastry chef or whatever it is called when people make all those nice cakes like on the show ace of cake. I am very young (12 yrs old) and really would like to know if there are any culinary art, pastry chef classes for kids my age. Also if you know any can u give me a price range and how long will the class be and when do they start. And if you can give me the right name of this career could you also mention that. Thanks!!
