I’m planning a birthday dinner for my boyfriend. Which is best: Bentley’s on 27, Capital Grill, Luce, or Blue Restaurant? Price is not a factor–I’m more interested in atmosphere, food quality and service.

Capital Grill. This upscale, classic steak house also serves dry aged steaks, delicious, fresh seafood and chops complemented by an award-winning wine list. Better than others on your list.
Of your choices, I would go to Blue. However, my favorite is The Palm in South Park…you will love it! Have Fun
