My personal pick is the Thai House. I’m a native hillbilly raised on beans and red meat and was reluctant to try Thai. It’s delicious and you get get it from no spices to quite hot. Their spring rolls rate a ten. Their fried rice regardless of the meat, chicken, shrimp or pork is super. Other Entree’s are very good too.
Ok I love Soul Food there is a great place on Tuckaseegee called the Soul Shack. YUMMY Also the Landmark Diner on Central is wonderful. They have a great homemade dessert case. Showmars is a chain but their food is wonderful. They serve Greek and American food. I grew up in Charlotte but don’t live there anymore whenever I can get back I have to go to Showmars! I hope this helps!!

Frank Manzetti’s Tavern at SouthPark – great food, great service, great atmosphere. And I agree with DEE, Showmar’s is also very good.
